Add a Text Watermark to PDF Pages
A watermark can label a working copy as a draft or identify a document’s intended audience. NexaToolPro adds the text to each page in a new PDF without overwriting the source.
How to use this tool
- Choose a PDF and enter a short watermark phrase.
- Adjust opacity so page content remains readable.
- Select diagonal or horizontal placement.
- Click Add watermark and download.
- Open several pages to check that the watermark does not cover important text.
Options explained
Opacity changes how strongly the watermark appears. The same phrase and placement are used across all pages.
Privacy and file limits
A watermark is not password protection, encryption, or a secure way to prevent copying. It is a visible annotation added to the exported copy.
Frequently asked questions
