How to use this tool

  1. Open Merge PDF and select two or more PDF files from your device.
  2. Set File order using the selected file numbers. For example, 2,1 places the second selected document first.
  3. Review the loaded page count, then enter Page order / selection. Listing 3,1,2 rearranges pages; leaving a page number out removes it from the merged copy.
  4. Keep original page sizes for mixed documents, or choose A4 portrait or A4 landscape. Use Fit whole page to preserve edges; Fill page and crop edges trims content outside the page frame.
  5. Choose Merge and download, then open the saved PDF and check page order and margins.

Options explained

The organizer works from page numbers in the combined file order. You can reorder selected files first, then reorder or omit pages. A4 portrait and landscape create consistent page frames; fit preserves the whole page, while crop-to-fill can cut off edge content.

Privacy and file limits

Processing runs in your browser. Password-protected, malformed, or unusually large PDFs may not load. This tool does not merge files into your NexaToolPro account; the merged result downloads to the device you are using.
